To craft the 2023 Jose’s Rosé of Grenache, we took inspiration from the Loire Valley region of France where they have long produced Rosés with bright fruit flavors. The 2023 Jose’s Rosé is an elegant tribute to this classic style crafted from cool climate Grenache grapes. The wine starts with a refreshing acidity and bright, fresh flavors of watermelon and hibiscus that lead into a juicy finish of strawberry rhubarb. 

Pairing Suggestion:
The crispness and acidity on this juicy Rosé makes it ideal for pairing with fruit forward dishes such as shrimp tostadas with peach and pineapple salsa or prosciutto, melon panzanella salad.
