The 2021 CRŪ Albariño is a lovely example of how aging in stainless steel brings out the true essence of this wine. The fermentation enhances the natural fresh fruit characteristics found in Albariño, intensifying the zingy flavors of grapefruit and green apple. Bright acidity is prevalent throughout and beautifully balanced with notes of melon, papaya and pineapple with a hint of minerality on the finish.
