This showcase wine is a true homage to classic Burgundian Pinot Noirs with earthy characteristics of mineral and forest floor. Bright notes of raspberry and blackberries are evident on the nose and are enhanced by spicy tannins. The mouth is big and full of flavors of raspberry, cherry, cola and dark chocolate. The finish is long and soft with a slight hint of coffee.

This big wine will pair beautifully with big flavors. Enjoy it with lamb chops paired with beet salad with goat cheese.
